The 12”x26” ePour Countertop model is designed for operations that have limited space available or offer one house white and one house red wine by the glass. The unit is designed for separate cooling temperatures for red and white wines. Multiple units can be integrated to allow for expanded wine offerings.

Bag-In-Box Dispensing

The ePour systems are designed to allow any bag-in-box product to be dispensed. The bags inhibit the introduction of oxygen in the wine, even after the package is connected to the dispenser. Once connected, just put a glass under a spout, press a button on the touch screen and watch the wine pour.

ePour Technology

ePour’s patented dispenser system incorporates peristaltic pumps accurately dispense wine utilizing computer-controlled touch screen technology. The pumps, combined with an oxygen inhibiting tubing system creates, a vacuum within the system virtually eliminating oxygen penetration into the wine container. At the touch of a button, precise volumes of wine (or distilled spirits, or other refrigerated drinks) are dispensed from bags stored in a temperature-controlled refrigerator. Wine quality, when properly handled is maintained in the dispenser in excess of 6 months from the filling date.
